Appeal filed after court’s ruling on Harvard’s admissions

The group that challenged Harvard University’s admissions course of is interesting a federal decide’s ruling this week that the Ivy League college doesn’t discriminate towards Asian-American candidates, in line with courtroom information.

Students for Fair Admissions is interesting to the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston, in line with a Friday courtroom submitting.

Edward Blum, president of the group, stated in Friday assertion, “Students for Fair Admissions appears to be like ahead to creating our attraction to the US First Circuit Court of Appeals and, if essential, to the US Supreme Court.’’
