Five elementary college college students had been shot with BB weapons Wednesday as they performed on a Lowell playground. Two of the youngsters had been taken to the hospital.
The incident occurred round 1:30 p.m. on the Greenhalge Elementary School, in response to a launch. The college students had a half day and had been on the playground for an after-school program.
Officers had been instructed three younger Asian males had been seen circling the varsity on bicycles, two of whom reportedly had BB weapons.
