A drunk N.H. girl drove on the mistaken facet of the freeway for almost 10 miles, police say

A New Hampshire girl was arrested early Wednesday after allegedly driving on the mistaken facet of the freeway for almost 10 miles.

Shortly earlier than 4 a.m., New Hampshire State Police acquired a number of calls from drivers who noticed Rachel Barris’s red Subaru Forester touring north within the southbound lanes of the Everett Turnpike in Bedford, in response to a launch.

Barris, 22, of Hollis, was finally stopped by police after she entered Interstate 293 in Manchester, the discharge stated.

She was charged with driving whereas intoxicated and reckless conduct. Her arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 9 in Manchester District Court.
